This policy explains what information we collect from Campus Ambassadors and Campus Partnerships Managers, and how we use it.

Information we collect
When you register, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your age, gender, country, and city
- Your institute and semester (for students)
- How you heard about the program
- A password, stored securely (hashed, never in plain text)
As you use your dashboard, we also record your coupon codes and referral links, the clicks, sales, and commissions associated with them, and your withdrawal requests.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your Campus Ambassador or Campus Partnerships Manager account
- To attribute sales to your coupon codes and referral links, and calculate your commissions
- To process withdrawal requests and transfer earnings to your bank account
- To send you account-related notifications, such as OTP verification codes and sale/withdrawal updates
- To respond to support requests and problem reports
How we protect your information
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to our team in plain text. Access to your account is protected using secure, time-limited login tokens. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing of information
We share information with the main Big Brains Learning platform only as needed to verify purchases made through your coupon code or referral links, so your sales and commissions can be recorded accurately. We do not share your personal information with any other third party except where required by law.
Your choices
You can update your profile information from your dashboard at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, contact us at support@bigbrainsearning.com. Note that we may retain transaction records (sales, commissions, withdrawals) as required for accounting and tax purposes even after account deletion.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Big Brains Earning after a change means you accept the updated policy.
